Hello, I'm Lee Bannister and you're very welcome to my personal website. I've worked in Radio and Television in all sorts of ways since 1989 and I love it, so here you can read a bit about what I've done in the past and what I'm doing now! Feels like the end of term today! Here's my view as today's Vision Mixer for Midlands Today and we've got some subtle decorations in the studio. Not sure if anyone will notice, lol. Big team picture coming shortly!

Tonight (Mon 25th Nov), 8.30pm, BBC One West Mids, a special documentary marking 50 Years since the Birmingham Pub Bombings. TV Guides list a different programme but this is definitely on at that time because I'm the one putting it on the air. Also on iPlayer: 'I Was There'.

So what do all of these buttons do? Well as I'm now officially also a Vision Mixer for BBC Midlands Today it's yet another part of my job to know. At 6.30 tonight (Tuesday), Wednesday & Thursday you can see if I cut or mix to the correct thing! Kinda nerve-wracking but still fun!
